A varierty of training programs are offered.  The length of each course varies from 2 - 5 days, depending upon client needs and assessment.  Each course is delivered onsite, or online or hybrid.  The specific course design will be based on a Needs Assessment Survey conducted by STC staff.  The fee structure will be negotiated, depending upon the scope and design of the course.

  • STC 101 - The Executive Guide for CEOs, VPs, and Members of Board of Directors

    This course can be adapted to any or all of the following themes:  Visionary leadership: ability to develop a holistic strategic framework through employee involvement, coaching, and partnerships.  This emphasizes ability to demonstrate personal integrity and self-leadership in balancing profitability, social responsibility, and ethical equity.  This course enables participants to learn hands-on experiential techniques in developing core values for their companies and a flexible and creative strategic plan.

  • STC 102 – Management Development for  Managers, Project Managers, and newly promoted Managers and Supervisors for small and large companies

    This course enhances management development in the following areas: Goal-setting., Communicating, Team-Building; Culture-Building; Manager as Marketer; Manager as Strategic Change Master; Manager as Mentor; Manager as Problem-Solver and Negotiator;  Handling Power and Politics; Manager as Mediator and Conflict Handler; Stress/Burnout Management.

  • STC 103- Strategies and Techniques for Win-Win Negotiations

    This is a valuable course for all those engaged in labor and human resource negotiations, conflict resolution; as well for those engaged in negotiations concerning acquisitions,  mergers, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.  Based on simulation, role-plays, seminars, and principles of negotiations, the course is designed to teach several models of negotiations including: traditional models [warrior approach]; Interest-Based Bargaining Models [Win-Win approach] and a newly developed Sethi’s Model of Strategic Combination Model, with skill development in strategically utilizing traditional and interest-based models.

  • STC 104 – International Management Skill Development

    This course is highly profitable for companies contemplating expanding their foreign trading relations.  Specifically, training will focus on the following questions:

    • What are the effects of international trade on our balance of payments, currency vis-à-vis other countries, employment and GDP?
    • What are the pluses and minuses with regard to trade agreements with groups of nations, e.g. NAFTA, FTAs, and WTO?   
    • How does change in our currency value on the market affect our home economy, and specifically your company or organization, e.g. inflation, employment, amount of trade, joint ventures, etc.?

    • How does trade with  nations whose working conditions, environmental standards, etc. affect our ability to compete in world markets in both mature and newly industrialized countries [e.g. China, India,  S. Korea, Singapore,  Malaysia, Indonesia,   the European Union, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa.]

  • STC 105 - Personal and Organizatinal Stress Management

    This course provides training and skill development in the following themes:

    • How do we cope with  individual and/or family stress,  anxiety, and burnout?
    • How do we deal with a change in plans when circumstances change in our lives, e.g. marriage, children, divorce, etc.
    • How do we plan and deal with large debts, e.g. student loans, mortgages, and car loans?
    • How do we maintain our credit rating, e.g. keeping track of credit card debt, setting our priorities on how we use credit purchases?
    • How do we save for the future, e.g. pensions, company-sponsored saving loans, personal savings [stocks, bonds, CD’s, money market funds, and other assets?
    • What steps do we take to get out of seemingly impossible debt?
    • How might we creatively increase family income?
    • How do we deal with workplace stress and balance work and family life?
  • STC 106 - Diversity, Ethics, and Religion in Cross Cultural Taining

    This course is designed to teach business ethics policies and practices drawing upon divrsity of international cultures, comparative religious traditions, and ethical systems and their impact on workplace management. This course prepares local manages as well as foreign experts operating  in European as well as countries like   S. Korea, Phillippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, China, India, Brazil, Russia, Mexico, and other Latin American and African countries.

  • STC 107 - Global  Marketing and e-Commerce Strategies

    This course is designed to providel businesses the knowledge and skills to adapt their marketing strategies [including e-commerce strategies] to global consumers. 

    This program provides a strategic model for change management for integrating offline and online marketing policies,.  The course clarifies the roles of the CEO and senior marketing managers in the e-commerce process.

    Includes Website Evaluation Questionnaire assessing Website Functionality; Website Design. Website Content; Website Originality; Website Profesionnalism; and e-Commerce Ethical  Issues including privacy, security and overall marketing effectiveness.

  • STC 108 - Strategies and Techniques for Managing Technostress

    This course is designed to assist small, medium and large businesses understand technostress resulting from their information systems and information technology [IT].

    Covers advanced technostress coping strategies for developing a comprehensive program that is customized to meet your organization's strategic, ergonomic, and ethical needs in developing information systems.

  • STC 109 – Management, Leadersip, and Negtotiation Skill Development for Hospitals and Health Care  Organizations

    This course is designed to assist hospitals and health care organizations in developing management, leadership and negotiation strategies leading to enhanced quality, productivity, patient satisfaction, gaining competitive edge cost leadership and overall excellence.
